Order Booth:
Restaurant/cooking: If you will be providing your own booth, your cost will be $108.00. If you are not providing your own booth, your cost will be $490.00.
Animal Rescue: If you will be providing your own booth, your cost will be $25.00. If you are not providing your booth, your cost will be $100.00.
Animal Rights Group: If you will be providing your own booth, your cost will be $25.00. If you are not providing your booth, your cost will be $100.00.
Non-Animal rights non-profit: If you will be providing your own booth, your cost will be $50.00. If you are not providing your booth, your cost will be $125.00.
Commercial: (includes vegan cruelty-free products and services only, no food except prepackaged) If you will be providing your own booth, your cost will be $250.00. If you are not providing your booth, your cost will be $300.00.
The normal booth consists of a table, 2 chairs and a canopy. If you will be needing more than this, please contact us.

Application deadline is June 21st 2010. Rate increases $45.00 if received after the 21st.
Vegan Earth Day is cruelty-free, Earth-friendly, healthy event. Items containing animal products and material tested on animals are strictly prohibited. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
Vendor agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, public safety, business licenses, and sales tax permits.
In the event of cancellation or no-show one hour after the scheduled arrival time, Vegan Earth Day has the right to reassign the reserved space without any refund to the vendor.
Vegan Earth Day will go on “rain or shine” and will not be liable for refunds or any liabilities for the disruption of the festival due to any cause.
Vegan Earth Day reserves the right to expel a vendor without refund for violation of any of these guidelines.
All vendors must arrive and check in at Fountain Valley Recreation Center and Sports Park between 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. (Detail map and instructions will be provided via e-mail communication prior to the event).
Vendor agrees to indemnify, save, and hold harmless Planet-Fest Vegan Earth Day, including its officers, staff and volunteers, and Fountain Valley Recreation and Sports Center Park, from all liability, causes of action. Damages, theft, injuries, costs, expenses and losses to any person or goods and property arising out of or connected in any way with the participation and renting of space at the event.
Vendor is solely responsible for any and all injuries to persons or damages of property or any other injury, claim, damage or loss of whatever nature, arising directly or indirectly from activities at the event.
Vendor agrees to permit photographs and video to be taken of them, their volunteers and their booths at Vegan Earth Day to be used for the purposes of promoting and advertising the event. All photographs/video footage will be the property of Vegan Earth Day.
This agreement states the entire contract between Vegan Earth Day and the vendor. No changes will be valid unless agreed to by both parties in writing.
